In Steam you can click on a game and check more "option" or other things, but here you instantly launch the game - there's like no space for you like a profile. It is not intuitive, complicated, confusing. what? Can't you just scan the drive like Steam? Then the navigation. For a company with as much money as Epic has + in the Year 2023 how have they not implemented a feature to detect already installed games? You have to use a workaround where you start to download the game anew, then stop the download, then copy the files. The launcher itself lacks convenient features that, for example, Steam has. I'm giving 2 Stars because they recently implemented the Cashback system (+1 Star) which is really cool/nice - even though I'll probably rarely use them since I almost never buy a game on Epic. one guy which is lazy, another guy which thinks that i have access to my old email, and an another guy which probably didnt read the ticket and decided to close it instantly.īad/unintuitive UI - lacks useful features. The second guy decided to help me with an half-assed solution which is sending an verification email to my HACKED account, and i said that i dont have access anymore and the guy behind the support said that i have to contact my mail provider even tho i already said that even my mail provider couldnt help me.
I decided to use the live chat and the guy then tried to contact me through email, but did i ever get an mail from him? Hell no.
My email which was linked to my Epic Games account was hacked and couldnt regain access to my email account anymore, so i contacted Epic Games and asked them if they could change the email adress to another one i use, and it is a complete shitshow.
